When he’s not coming first (again) in the community fun run or practising handstands while queuing at the supermarket, he’s at the smoothie bar grabbing the latest energy blend with Yummy Bear. His current go-to? A gooseberry, kale and rocket smoothie – it’s all about the greens for Ramsley! 

You may not keep up with him, but he’d never leave you behind. He’ll always pause if it means sharing a special moment with you.
